Wrecker 3D printed RC Demolition Derby Car

The Wrecker is a 3d printed RC car designed for small group Demolition Derby's.  

This is a solid rear axle rc car, that means steering is not always ideal, grippy front tires help a lot as does carpet.  I am still updating and modifying this design and I am releasing it as a V1.0.  All files are being released on Cults3D if you purchase any of the kits below ask and I will send you a 50% coupon for cults3d to get all the current files and future upgrades.

On the initial release I will pre-assemble some of the more complicated parts, nothing is difficult but some parts will need some basic instruction which are still in process.

M3 Screws 2x35, 4x30, 35x16, 6x12, 5x10, 7x8

Other Screws 3xM2.5 (tiny screws to attach Servo Horn to printed Servo Adapter most of the cheap servos come with screws that will work if cut down after installation)

1 Set Screw 1/2inch drywall or any course threaded pointed screw

2 x M3 nuts, washers are optional but can be used in many places.

M0.8 Pinion Gear 16t-19t, printed Spur gears are included, Traxxas 54t .08 32 pitch gears are compatible. I have tested the generic Sumind gears and they work well. 

2 x 12x18x4mm bearings for the rear drive shaft

4 x 8x12x3.5mm bearings for the front wheels

I have several Wrecker variants available-

Complete Roller- This kit includes Screws, washers, bearings, a servo, and the motor.

Basic- This is just the 3d printed pieces and will require screws, bearings, a servo, and a motor.

Basic+- This one is all the printed parts and the bearings and screws.  

Assembled Roller- I will fully assemble the roller prior to shipping, this will include a servo most likely a M995, but it may be another budget servo.  3D printed wheels and tires will also be included.

Basic Four Pack- This is four sets of the basic kit at a discount.

Roller Four Pack- This is four sets of the Roller at a discount.

Custom Wheelbase Roller- The roller with a custom wheelbase just let me know what you need and I'll see if I can adjust it.  Going up is easier than reducing the wheelbase.

Most kits require the following to complete-

1/10 servo, ESC, Transmitter and receiver.  A 205mm wheelbase body is optional.  Other wheelbase options available upon request.  Wheels and tires.
